Image and File Types

You can upload and display various files directly in Workflowy.

Supported file types include:

• Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP

• Documents: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, TXT

• Media: MP4, MP3 (files are shown as links)

To add a file or image:

1. Drag and drop the file into a bullet

2. Click the Upload file to upload
   

Images are displayed inline. Other files appear as downloadable links. Uploaded content is stored securely and can be shared with others via shared bullets or links.
